Majority of Democrats Consider Christianity as Violent as Islam

A new CBS poll released this week has revealed that a majority of Democrats believe that Christianity is as violent as Islam.

“More than six in 10 Republicans think Islam is more violent than other religions, while most Democrats and independents think Islam is no different than other religions,” stated the CBS poll.

No different than other religions? Are the democrats that ignorant to truly believe that a religion that beheads individuals that don’t submit to the religion is no different that other religions?

Now don’t get me wrong you do have peaceful people who follow the religion of Islam I’m not saying that you don’t, but the problem isn’t if the people are peaceful the problem is if your ideology is peaceful or not. When you look at their ideology and read the Quran there are more than 100 verses that call for war and death against those who do not seek to follow the religion of Islam.

What is said in the Quran is practiced daily in the Middle East and if Europe continues to allow dangerous individuals into their country they too will one day be facing the same fate.

Why do a majority of democrats, compared to republicans, believe that other religions such as Christianity, Hinduism, Judaism, are as violent as Islam? I don’t have an answer other than they might be delusional and want to rid the world of Islamophobia while at the same time spreading hatred towards the Christians.

I don’t remember the last time Christians were chopping off heads if you didn’t believe in Jesus. Many people will bring up the Crusades and the atrocities carried out by the KKK as examples of how Christianity is violent or how Christians are violent but what people need to understand is that those who people and events go against the teaching of Jesus and the Bible.

Remember to the Democrats, Christians are also seen as the racists and bigots for their beliefs on marriage and abortion. The Muslims who throw homosexuals off 10 story buildings, chop off heads and deny women their basic human rights are ok because “Islamophobia.”

A poll conducted by Bloomberg Politics in 2015 found that,

Fifty-three percent of likely Republican caucus participants and 81 percent of likely Democratic caucus participants said they believe Islam is inherently peaceful. Only 13 percent of likely Democratic caucus participants said they view Islam as inherently violent, compared with 39 percent of likely Republican caucus-goers.

Islam and Christianity are different in many ways.

“The God of Islam is not the same God of the Judeo-Christian faith,” said Rev. Graham. “The God that we worship in Christianity is a God that has a Son. To Islam, that is blasphemy, to say that God has a son. Therefore, they do not worship the God that we worship.”

Doug Ponder one of the founding pastors of Remnant Church in Richmond, VA, spoke of the differences between the words of Jesus and Mohammed.

One says, ‘Blessed are you when you persecute,’ (Quran 9:111). The other says, ‘Blessed are you when others persecute you’ (Matt. 5:11). One says, ‘Go and kill’ (Quran 47:3-4). The other says, ‘Come and die’ (Luke 9:23). One says, ‘Fight until you are victorious’ (Quran 61:9). The other has already won the victory for us (1 Cor. 15:57).

Since it’s existence Islam has not changed. It has always been and will always be a religion of war and conflict.

In regards to how we should approach those who follow the religion of Islam, Rev. Graham said, “I think it is very important that we do all that we can to try to share God’s love with Muslims because they have no hope outside of dying in Jihad. I want them to know, you do not have to die for God. God died for us. He sent His Son to die for us.”

“We do not have to kill ourselves to please God,” he said. “I want them to know that they can have eternal life.”
